In other words, is the tie-up of the U.S. Treasury in the game called &quot;Inflate or Die&quot; the knockout blow in a long stream of punishment so-called free market schemes have had on the power of the U.S. federal government to meet its constitutional directive, whose principle is stated in the single sentence making up the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution? 

Call me a &quot;conspiracy theorist,&quot; but I leave it to the Treasury Secretary, the Fed Chairman, and a long line of other Monetarist Monkeys to prove me otherwise...</description>
